Exam Name: Telangana State Physical Education Common Entrance Test (TSPECET-2024)
Courses Offered: BPED (two years), DPED (two years)
Educational Qualifications to attend the TSPECET 2024:
BPED: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; minimum age of 19 years as of 01-07-2024.
DPED: Intermediate pass; minimum age of 16 years as of 01-07-2024.
Sports Competitions:
The exam comprises two sections:
TS PECET 2024 Physical Efficiency Test:
Consists of events such as 100m run, shot put, 800m run, long jump/high jump (for men), and 100m run, shot put, 400m run, long jump/high jump (for women).
Each event carries 100 marks, totaling 400 marks.
Skill Test:
Candidates' proficiency in sports like ball badminton, basketball, cricket, football, handball, hockey, kabaddi, kho-kho, shuttle badminton, tennis, and volleyball will be evaluated.
This section is also allocated 100 marks.
