Hyderabad: The Telangana Group-II (TSPSC Group 2) examination has been postponed again. The TSPSC on Wednesday night announced that the exam, which was scheduled to be held on January 6 and 7, has been postponed. The exam dates will be announced later. A total of 5.51 lakh candidates have applied for 783 Group-II posts across the state.
As per the schedule released earlier. The Group-II exam was scheduled to be held on August 29 and 30. The Group-II exam was postponed due to protests by candidates and leaders of political parties demanding postponement as there were other competitive exams in a row. The exam was scheduled to be held on November 2 and 3, but it was postponed for the second time due to the Telangana assembly elections. The group-2 exams have been postponed once again due to the latest situation in the wake of the new government's decision to clean up the TSPSC and the resignations of the chairman and members of the TSPSC.
