Junior Research Fellow (JRF): M.Sc. or equivalent in Electronics / Electronic Sciences (EL) / Physics (PH)/Nanotechnology/Material Science
(Or) M.E./M.Tech. in Microelectronics / Nanoelectronics / Nanotechnology/Nanobiotechnology / Material Science and engineering
Age Limits:
For the post of RA upper age limit is 30 years as on 01-01-2022
For JRF 25 years
Pay Scale:
Monthly salary for IIT Hyderabad RA jobs will be Rs. 47000/- to Rs. 54000/-
For JRF: 31000/-
